ノンスの長さ（バイト単位）。

ヘッダーへのポインタ。
[in] aHeaderLength
ヘッダーの長さ（バイト単位）。
[in,out] aPlainText
平文へのポインタ。
[in,out] aCipherText
暗号テキストへのポインタ。
[in] aLength
書式なしテキストの長さ（バイト単位）。
[in] aEncrypt
暗号化時は true、復号時は false。
[out] aTag
タグへのポインタ。
